Job Summary

We're seeking an exceptional Network Systems Manager to join our team at TITAN PMR, the UK's fastest-growing pharmacy system, to manage and optimise critical infrastructure and lead innovative projects.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with solid networking and AWS infrastructure expertise to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and mentor a small team of infrastructure/DevOps engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
  • Improve and optimise critical infrastructure supporting a vast network of users and servers across multiple AWS accounts, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
  • Play a key role in shaping and executing a roadmap of future changes, involving the modernisation of infrastructure and adoption of new technologies, such as cloud computing, automation, and DevOps practices.
  • Ensure all infrastructure developments and network solutions adhere to the highest security standards, protecting sensitive data and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
  • Maintain current network infrastructure while executing a roadmap of improvements to enhance performance, reliability, and user experience.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in networking and AWS infrastructure, particularly with Windows Server environments, with a strong understanding of cloud computing, virtualisation, and containerisation.
  • A passion for networking and AWS infrastructure, with a willingness to take on a hands-on and leadership role, driving innovation and excellence within the team.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £85,000 - £115,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as health insurance, pension scheme, and generous annual leave allowance.
