Pioneer Selection Careers is seeking a skilled electrical maintenance engineer to join our team at a leading FMCG manufacturing business in the UK. As a proactive electrical maintenance engineer, you will be responsible for supporting with Predictive Maintenance (PPM), breakdowns, projects, and continuous improvement work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform electrical maintenance tasks, including PPM and breakdowns
  • Contribute to project work and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
  • Develop and maintain electrical engineering skills and knowledge
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical expertise

Requirements:

  • Multi-skilled maintenance engineer with electrical bias
  • Electrical engineering qualifications
  • PLC experience is beneficial
  • Good mechanical skills
  • PPM, breakdowns, and project experience
