Role Overview

Russell & Russell Limited seeks a dedicated Conveyancing Assistant to support our Conveyancing Department in Bolton.

As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the successful delivery of conveyancing services, working closely with fee earners to manage cases efficiently.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, with a strong understanding of the law and the ability to work accurately under pressure.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Accurate record-keeping and case management.
  • Preparation and updating of case documentation.
  • Supporting fee earners with client correspondence and queries.
  • Utilising online case management systems to track case progress.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Law degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in Conveyancing, preferably within a solicitors' firm.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
