Manchester, United Kingdom Prettylittlething Ltd Full time

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Talent Development Business Partner to help us deliver our people strategy. This role offers the opportunity to innovate, design cutting-edge talent initiatives, and drive a coaching culture across the business.

The successful candidate will work as part of our People team, identifying development opportunities and creating fresh and innovative L&D solutions using a range of digital tools and face-to-face approaches. They will be a centre of excellence for digital learning within the L&D team, evolving the spectrum of development opportunities across the business.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Working with the current T&D Partners to deliver the group L&D strategy.
  2. Building relationships with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify opportunities for digital or face-to-face learning solutions that benefit the business.
  3. Creating targeted programmes that utilise a blended approach to learning, working with the wider L&D team to deliver the biggest impact for the business.
  4. Facilitating webinars and face-to-face training across the Group with a flair for adapting their delivery style.
  5. Maintaining data reporting, evaluation and tracking metrics to share with internal stakeholders.
  6. Partnering with external training providers to build strong relationships and enable collaborative working.
  7. Designing training and engagement materials that support topical business messages and focuses.
  8. Developing stand-alone content to fit with each unique brand and training need.
  9. Cultivating high-quality content for our external social channels and showcasing relevant content that gives an insight into the Group's people focus.
  10. Responding with creative training solutions to any HR/business requests.
  11. Delivering the group early years career strategy by managing and directing cohorts, updating the business and driving the new talent pipeline with the recruitment team.

We are looking for a passionate innovator with experience in developing and delivering talent strategies that go beyond the status quo. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the entire learning cycle, from design to implementation and review. They will be a natural coach with a love for helping others reach their full potential, using tools like psychometrics to make learning personal and powerful.

This is a role where you'll have full licence to innovate, design cutting-edge talent initiatives, and drive a coaching culture across the business. You'll work with an incredible mix of people—from entry-level talent to experienced leaders—making sure our programmes meet the needs of every part of the business.

This is your chance to have a direct hand in shaping the future of talent development in a progressive, fast-paced company. You'll oversee the full learning cycle, ensuring the talent initiatives you develop have a lasting impact on both people and business success.
