About the Role:

As a Sales Commission Analyst at Trimble UK, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Owner (AECO) Sector and specifically our EMEA sales organisation. You will be responsible for managing and administering sales incentives and commission processes in the region, ensuring the continued success and revenue growth of the Sector and Trimble.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and administer sales incentives and commission processes in the EMEA region.
- Support the Senior Manager, EMEA Sales Operations, in achieving business objectives.
- Collaborate with the EMEA sales organisation to ensure effective sales commission processes.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be a team player with a strong understanding of sales commission processes and a passion for delivering results.
