Job Title: Head of Design

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Head of Design to join our team at Harper Recruitment Group. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a small team of creatives, delivering high-quality branding projects, and collaborating with clients to bring their vision to life.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and mentor a small team of creatives, providing guidance and support through an inspirational leadership style
* Deliver high-quality branding projects, meeting exceptionally high standards of delivery
* Collaborate with clients to discuss briefs, onboard projects, and meet with clients predominantly online with occasional in-person meetings
* Occasionally travel to meet with the wider team to pool and share creative ideas
* Produce marketing material, including brand identities, social media collateral, display material, animations, and infographics

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a Head of Design, Creative Director, or similar
* Clear and concise communication skills
* Ability to travel occasionally to client sites across the UK
* Comfortable with remote working
* Creative and questioning approach
* Adobe suite expert - Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, InDesign
* Commercially astute
