Practice Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Manager to lead our dental practice in Loughborough. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional patient care, managing teams, and driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a background in dentistry, with experience in marketing, staff development, compliance, and KPI management. A strong understanding of commercial ROI is essential, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

This is a full-time opportunity, working 5 days a week, with a salary range of £12.50 per hour (up to £26,000 per annum). We offer a competitive package, including flexible start dates and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team.

About the practice:
  • A large multi-surgery practice, serving a diverse patient population.
  • Fully digital practice, using the Pearl system to manage patient records and treatment plans.
  • Recently built practice, with modern facilities and equipment.
  • On-site parking available for patients and staff.


The role:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase patient numbers.
  • Lead and develop the practice team, providing training and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize practice performance.
