Job Title: Communications Designer

Experis UK is seeking a talented Communications Designer to join our team. As a key member of our Communications Team, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphic design products, engaging films, and providing support for various events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a range of digital media, complying with brand guidelines, to support and enhance the impact and reach of communications campaigns.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow designers, actively seeking and offering constructive feedback.
  • Comply with, and contribute to, the development of standard design processes within the team.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest design industry trends, sharing experience, knowledge, and new ideas with the rest of the team.
  • Ensure all work produced is compliant with the brand guidelines and within this scope deliver compelling, engaging, and innovative designs that align to and push industry trends.
Requirements:
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite in a Windows-based environment.
  • Excellent typography skills and an eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in the artworking of digital media, including brochures, banners, presentations, posters, and other media.
  • Clear and authoritative design consultancy for stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage a rapid and ever-changing pipeline of work.
