Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Piping Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Piping Engineer, you will be responsible for preparing and checking engineering calculations and assessments, utilizing Excel and Mathcad as necessary.

You will also be responsible for checking and interpreting FE analysis (typically Abaqus CAE and coded input decks) and working within our Quality Management System (QMS), suggesting improvements and participating in quality audits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and check engineering calculations and assessments
  • Check and interpret FE analysis
  • Work within QMS, suggesting improvements and participating in quality audits
  • Supervise and lead multi-disciplinary teams on more than one project at a time
  • Sales and Account Management
  • Project Management

As a Senior Piping Engineer, you will be responsible for planning and implementing projects of strategic importance to Jee, interfacing with the project controller to ensure accurate reporting and invoicing, selecting subcontractors and monitoring progress for on-time delivery, and integrating work/product from subcontractor into Jee delivery.

You will also be responsible for client interface for data, progress, and queries.

Requirements

  • Strong technical skills in piping engineering and FE analysis
  • Experience in working within a QMS and participating in quality audits
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
