Help Desk Technician - Manufacturing Sector

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to join our client's team in the Manufacturing sector. As a Help Desk Technician, you will provide technical support and assistance to end-users, ensuring that their devices and systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

**Responsibilities:**
  • Respond to and resolve IT-related queries and issues from end-users.
  • Configure and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other equipment.
  • Maintain and upgrade existing IT infrastructure, including servers and networks.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures regarding IT usage.
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify and address IT-related problems.

**Requirements:**
To be successful as a Help Desk Technician, you will need:
  • A strong background in IT, with a focus on help desk support and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and other common business applications.
  • A valid driving license, with access to a reliable vehicle (for travel to clients' sites).
