We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join our team at Emscote House Day Nursery in Leamington Spa. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Nursery Manager to achieve our goals and objectives.

As a Deputy Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing leadership and guidance to a large team of early years educators
  • Supporting the Nursery Manager to meet targets relating to occupancy, revenue, and staff retention
  • Upholding exemplary levels of customer care and promoting the company values at all times
  • Resuming overall responsibility for the nursery in the manager's absence

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive annual salary of £35,100-£37,908 (when working 37.5 hours), up to 50 paid days off work, and a range of other benefits including childcare discount, Perkbox access, and 'Recommend a friend' bonuses.
