About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Benefits Service Manager to join our team in Lincolnshire. As a key member of our Central Services, you will support the development of an innovative and engaging benefits service for carers across the region.

">

Your responsibilities will include creating a culture of continuous learning, identifying gaps, and developing new functions that contribute to contract delivery. You will also be responsible for motivating and inspiring a team, empowering them to thrive through visible day-to-day leadership and management.

In addition, you will cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, identifying and developing new partnership opportunities to create better outcomes for carers. You will support advisers with complex benefits inquiries, appeals, and service delivery.

To be successful, you will have a working knowledge of social care and health, particularly in relation to adults, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also have knowledge of DWP benefits, particularly in relation to carers, including fringe benefits.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £45,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In return, you will benefit from working for a not-for-profit organisation that delivers a service making a real difference to people's lives.
