Healthcare Support Worker

We are currently seeking a dedicated and caring Health Care Assistant to join our team in and around the Wiltshire area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care to residents, including washing, bathing, and dressing
- Assisting with household and domestic tasks, such as laundry, shopping, and cleaning
- Supporting residents with medication and ensuring their wellbeing
- Participating in on-going training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Mandatory Care Certificate (training can be provided)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Enhanced DBS (assistance provided)
Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate: £11.50 - £14.00 per hour
- Multiple shifts available: days, nights, and weekends
