Veterinary Care Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Veterinary Surgeon to join Animal Trust in Shropshire, working on a split role between our Telford clinic and state-of-the-art 24/7 hospital in Shrewsbury. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality veterinary care while expanding our services at the Telford clinic.
The successful candidate will work alongside experienced professionals, including certificate holders, and will be responsible for conducting routine and emergency consultations, performing various operations, and collaborating with our established team of nurses and reception staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Clinical Duties: Conduct routine and emergency consultations, perform various operations, and collaborate with the team.
- ECC and Inpatient Care: Spend one day focused on Emergency and Critical Care (ECC) and inpatient care, and another day on routine consultations and surgeries.
- Qualified Veterinary Surgeon: Registered with the RCVS.
- Experience: Proven experience in both routine and emergency veterinary care.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using advanced diagnostic tools and performing surgeries.
- Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum depending on experience.
- Holidays: 6 weeks of holiday, including bank holidays.
