About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to join our team at EDF, working on the Sizewell C project. As a key member of our Civils Works Programme, you will be responsible for providing commercial assurance and contract administration expertise to ensure the successful delivery of this major infrastructure project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer NEC3 contracts with suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate management of contracts, applications for payment, and contract change claims.
  • Develop and implement a consistent commercial assurance approach across the civils works programme, working closely with stakeholders to ensure effective support and collaboration.
  • Provide ongoing support to Senior Commercial Managers in the implementation and management of commercial assurance, focusing on performance measurement, analysis, and continuous improvement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial/contract management, with a focus on commercial assurance and contract administration.
  • Strong understanding of NEC forms of contract and experience working on large infrastructure/civils projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple discipline teams and stakeholders.
