Job Title: Contracted Housekeeping Team Member

Clearwell Castle, a multi-award-winning venue, is seeking a Contracted Housekeeping Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in our castle accommodations and communal areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests with a smile and provide a warm welcome to our castle
  • Conduct thorough cleaning and maintenance of bedrooms, bathrooms, and communal areas
  • Set up and maintain wedding décor, including chair sashes
  • Ensure all areas are clean and tidy, including toilets and communal spaces
Requirements:
  • A positive and friendly attitude
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends and weekdays
