We're looking for a commercial professional with a strong track record of developing large-scale HR services and experience working at a senior level in local government or a comparable regulated organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cost reductions in resourcing that benefit our partners
  • Support HR services with real problems, developing collaboration and trust to deliver better quality HR services at lower cost
  • Work with partners to develop their own shared services and undertake ER casework
  • Provide organisation design, development programmes, workforce planning, learning & development, and employment vetting services
  • Bring strategic foresight and commercial acumen to drive the growth and sustainability of our HR offerings
