- Project Management: Manage the briefing, approval, and production of all creative materials, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to legal and first-party guidelines.
- Briefing and Approval: Ensure the quality of briefs into the creative and design department is robust, accurate, well-thought-through, insightful, and inspiring.
- Client Relationship Management: Support the Client Director in holding regular meetings, setting clear objectives, and expectation for service levels.
- Rate Card Management: Manage rate cards and communication between parties.
- Relationship Building: Demonstrate strong relationship-building skills with both external and internal stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Act as the first point of contact for the resolution of queries and potential challenges, raising and highlighting when appropriate to the CD.
- Ad Hoc Support: Support on ad hoc requirements as required by the account team.
- Communication: Build and nurture effective communication of creative direction and needs between clients, agencies, and all internal departments.
- Industry Knowledge: Be self-motivated and keep abreast of market/industry trends to ensure you have the knowledge and skills to perform your role effectively.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: At least 2 years' marketing/advertising experience.
- Relationship Management: Strong ability to manage relationships while delivering projects to the highest standard.
- Creative Management: Strong creative management experience required, preferably within an agency and/or entertainment industry.
- Self-Starter: A self-starter with a proven track record in a similar style of role, whether client or agency based.
- Attention to Detail: An excellent eye for detail.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reporting Skills: Excellent reporting skills.
- Computer Literacy: Computer literate and familiar with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
