Housing Disrepair Fee Earner Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Housing Disrepair Fee Earner to join our team at Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of Housing Disrepair matters from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough investigations and gather evidence to support client claims
  • Liaise with clients and third parties to negotiate settlements and resolve disputes
  • Draft and review legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Manage and prioritize a high-volume caseload to meet deadlines and deliver results
Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor or non-qualified Fee Earner with experience in Litigation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex caseloads
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with clients and third parties
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
