Loss Prevention Officer: Asset Guardian

As a vital member of our team at Victoria's Secret, you will play a key role in ensuring the security and integrity of our stores. Reporting directly to the Senior Leadership team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining a comprehensive Loss Prevention strategy, working closely with local authorities to identify and prevent potential threats.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions in high-stress situations. You will be responsible for training new and existing staff members in Loss Prevention best practices, ensuring a safe and secure environment for customers and colleagues alike.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with local law enforcement to identify and mitigate potential threats
  • Conducting thorough investigations into reported incidents, gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses as necessary
  • Implementing and monitoring security protocols to prevent theft and other forms of loss
  • Providing training and support to colleagues on Loss Prevention procedures and protocols
  • Collaborating with the Senior Leadership team to develop and implement effective security strategies
