We have an exciting opportunity within our Bid Team for a Senior Proposal Manager. Working within a small team, you will oversee individual tenders and proposals across the phs group.

This is a one-year fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Lead on individual bids, working with stakeholders to produce a high-quality submission.
  • Run kick-off meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are aware of their roles and responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have strong communication skills.

You will also have experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and be proficient in creating high-quality documents.

As a Senior Proposal Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that our proposals are well-written, visually appealing, and meet the client's needs.

In return, we offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including
