As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting independence, autonomy, and choice.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional care. You will be responsible for assisting residents with personal care tasks, observing and monitoring their physical and emotional well-being, and reporting any changes to the appropriate staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, eating, and toileting
  • Maintain the highest possible levels of care by supporting/assisting residents with daily living activities
  • Observe, monitor, and record residents' physical and emotional well-being and report any changes
  • Carry out holistic assessments when Residents are admitted to the Home
