- Personal Care: Provide assistance with personal care tasks, such as bathing, showering, and using the bathroom, ensuring individuals' dignity and well-being.
- Passion for Supporting Others: Demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting individuals with learning disabilities and a commitment to their well-being.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships and communicate effectively with individuals, families, and other stakeholders.
- Flexibility: Be flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of our services.
- Positive Attitude: Demonstrate a positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities, promoting a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Part-time: We offer part-time contracts, with a minimum of hours per week.
- Days: Work between 07:00-22:00, with sleep-in shifts required one per week.
- Sleep-in Shifts: Receive an enhanced flat rate payment for sleep-in shifts.
- Annual Leave: Enjoy 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro-rata for part-time) and a range of benefits, including pension and holiday buying options.
- Ongoing Training: Access ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
