In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the cost and commercial aspects of high-profile projects from pre-construction through to handover. You will contribute to a 52-week data centre programme, working on critical infrastructure projects where your expertise will be valued.

The ideal candidate will have experience in overseeing cost management, contracts, and financial reporting for MEP packages. They will also possess excellent subcontractor relationship management skills, with the ability to negotiate contracts effectively. Additionally, they should be able to conduct risk assessments, value engineering, and change management while collaborating closely with project teams to ensure budget and timeline compliance.
