About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our Global Financial Lines & Cyber Underwriting team at AXA XL. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering time-critical tasks such as project portfolio updates, data analysis, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will work closely with Underwriting Business Units, Pricing Actuaries, and other teams to drive underwriting excellence across our Financial Lines & Cyber products.
  • Support the development of tailored solutions to address complex risks, validating AXA XL's reputation as a market leader.
Performance Expectations
  • Utilize MI database(s) to design tools, reports, and advanced analysis to enhance decision making and reporting.
  • Produce concise and effective business presentations and deliver with clear expectations and outcomes.
  • Track/monitor and report on Global Financial Lines & Cyber portfolio aggregation, accumulation, including GUL, claims trends, and emerging risks.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Insurance, and several years of relevant experience in a (re)insurance services capacity.
  • High level of proficiency in the use of data capture applications/tools, data analysis, and bespoke application development.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data appropriately and identify trends in order to direct/engage with others as needed.
Benefits

A competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
