Job Details
The Residential Property team deals with high-quality work, including high-value transactions and prime central London properties. You will join a dynamic and busy team, with further growth planned for the office.
You will be responsible for a broad residential conveyancing caseload, including client liaison, transaction management, document preparation, compliance and risk management, stakeholder communication, and case management.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of PQE in Residential Property
- Forward-thinking, entrepreneurial, and dynamic, with the ability to work as a team
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to develop new relationships with introducers
