Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at ScS - Sofa Carpet Specialist. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales experience to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and engage with customers, providing them with a personalized shopping experience.
- Accurately process customer orders and finance applications.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new products and services.
- Perform other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the store.
- A competitive hourly rate of £9.00 - £10.00 per hour.
- A realistic OTE of £18,000 - £20,000 per year.
- Guaranteed commission of £1,000 - £1,500 per month in the first three months.
