About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Leader to join our team at Boots. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in driving business growth, inspiring and leading your team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales and business targets
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Proven leadership and management experience in a retail or business environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work at pace and adapt to changing business needs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with inventory management and stock control
