About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our Real Estate Group in Norwich, specializing in the Food & Agribusiness sector. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our partners and other team members to deliver a wide range of real estate services, including sales, purchases, and advisory work related to farms, landed estates, and agricultural land.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and run acquisitions and disposals of agricultural land/estates/strategic land
  • Provide expert advice on agricultural property work, including sales, purchases, and refinancing transactions
  • Assist with complex registrations of farms and estates, rural land development schemes, and renewable energy projects
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other professionals in the sector
Requirements
  • 4PQE+ Senior and Principal Associates with excellent technical ability and experience in agricultural property work
  • Good academics and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written English and ability to produce clear, logical drafting
  • Negotiating skills, numeracy, and IT literacy
  • Good research skills, including an ability to use online information sources
  • Lateral thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiasm towards building and strengthening relationships with clients and their advisors
