As a key member of our team at Recruitment Evangelists, we are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our restaurant in Borough Market. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house management.
  • Lead a team of passionate and dedicated staff to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Manage budgets, inventory, and service standards to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
