We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Social Worker to join our team in Yeovil. As a Social Worker, you will be working in the Adult Services department, providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities.
The ideal candidate will possess a Social Work qualification and be registered with Social Work England. In addition to these requirements, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Providing person-centered care and support to individuals with learning disabilities
- Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes
- Developing and implementing personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each individual
