About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Kitchen & Bedroom Surveyor to join our team at Wren Kitchens. As a key member of our survey team, you will be responsible for conducting expert surveys of customers' kitchens, ensuring accurate measurements for the design process. This is a full-time position, requiring you to work 40 hours on a rota basis, including some evenings and weekends. Your main responsibilities will include:
  1. Conducting expert surveys of customers' kitchens to ensure accurate measurements.
  2. Recording all information electronically in-line with GDPR.
  3. Maintaining exceptional customer journeys by providing outstanding service, top-quality surveys, and great communication.
  4. Supporting the showroom team to improve planning skills, provide feedback, and reduce errors within the business.
  5. Auditing high-quality plans in advance of order/delivery and providing feedback to develop designers' skills.

Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A full UK manual driving license.
  • Excellent attention to detail and error checking skills.
  • Highly organized, able to manage your time effectively and multi-task.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • The ability to problem-solve and think outside the box with a positive attitude.
  • Strong computer skills – confident in picking up new software.

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £27,500 per annum, plus a quarterly bonus of up to £2,000, making your total earnings up to £35,500 annually. Our benefits package includes 25 days of annual leave, free eye tests, and contributions towards new glasses. You will also receive high-quality IT equipment, including our in-house CAD system, as well as a business vehicle, fuel card, and uniform.
