Lympstone Manor, a luxury country retreat in Devon, has been transformed into a 27-bedroom hotel featuring contemporary interiors. Our Pool House Restaurant & Bar offers informal and relaxed dining inside or alfresco, celebrating local sourced ingredients.

We are seeking an Assistant Head Sommelier to join our team. As the ideal candidate, you will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with others. Your solid understanding of wine and ability to sell wines to guests will contribute to creating memorable experiences.

To succeed in this role, you ideally hold a WSET level 3 qualification or equivalent.

This position comes with a salary that reflects the high standards of the hospitality industry. Based on national averages and industry benchmarks, we estimate the salary for this role to be around £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
