Senior Scientist Opportunity

CV-Library, a leading provider of specialist inks, is seeking a skilled Chemist to join their team as a Senior Scientist.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead laboratory-based teams in the production and maintenance of existing liquid ink or paste ink products.
  • Develop high-quality and innovative products, contributing to product development programmes to meet business needs and deadlines.
  • Manage technical risks and timelines for short, medium, and long-term customer technical projects and development projects.
  • Execute development projects to deliver new security inks and features, meeting market demand and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Chemistry/Material Sciences or related discipline.
  • Extensive experience in the surface coatings industry (inks, paints, coatings, pigments), with a proven track record in new product development.

Compensation: Estimated salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
