We are seeking an experienced pharmacist to lead our clinical pharmacy service within the Community Response Service (CRS) and Community Services Business Unit (CSBU).

As a Clinical Pharmacy Leader, you will provide excellent patient care through direct patient-facing activities as part of clinical pharmacy service delivery.

You will lead, deliver, and support ongoing development of the clinical pharmacy service within CRS and CSBU of Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.

The role involves providing leadership on matters pertaining to medicines use and optimisation within CRS, including advice on medicines use, risk management, and clinical governance.

You will work closely with colleagues in health and social care across primary and secondary sectors to provide proactive and collaborative high-quality medicines optimisation services for patients in their own homes.

The job requires an experienced pharmacist with a clinical diploma or equivalent clinical pharmacy experience, and a non-medical prescribing qualification would be preferable.

The salary for this position is around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
