As a Unit Nurse Manager (General) at Barchester Healthcare, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality care to our residents. About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN) with a current NMC registration. You should have experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, as well as an up-to-date knowledge of recent clinical practices and regulatory frameworks. As a natural leader, you will have acted as a clinical mentor, supporting newly qualified nurses through their preceptorship. Your dedication, ambition, and resilience will be essential in delivering improvements to achieve quality care.
