Tandem Recruitment Group is a leading employment consultancy working with a variety of clients across the UK. Our client, a well-established company based in Rushden, Northamptonshire, is seeking a Production Operative to join their team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Production Operative to join our client's team. As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for operating blending machines, preparing raw materials, packing finished products, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate several blending machines, with full training provided
  • Prepare raw materials to exact recipes
  • Pack finished products
  • Record and maintain accurate records
  • Clean machinery and vessels to meet hygiene standards
  • Assist with general warehouse responsibilities, including goods in and out
  • Manage stock control and product sample preparation

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is desirable
  • Reach and C/B Forklift Licences are an advantage
  • Food Hygiene certificate is desirable but not compulsory, as training will be provided
