Heathrow Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Supervisor to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process daily transactions and ensure accurate financial records.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and manage credit control.
  • Produce customer statements on a monthly basis and handle supplier accounts reconciliations.
  • Process supplier payments and refunds, and prepare VAT returns.
  • Input company expenses and maintain accurate financial records.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage processes.
  • Attention to detail and strong accounting skills.
  • Experience using an accounting software, preferably SAGE.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm, with no hybrid working arrangement.
