Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Planner to join our Visual Merchandising team. As a Junior Planner, you will be responsible for creating merchandising guidelines for UK and EU stores, including visual packs for in-store execution, photo packs, and videos.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create clear and concise merchandising guidelines for 3rd party and own-brand products
  • Develop weekly commercial updates for stores
  • Ensure all documentation and merchandising SharePoint for stores is up-to-date and organized
  • Monitor product sales and deliver key changes to stores with a clear direction
  • Identify key commercial opportunities within the business
  • Provide feedback to internal and external stakeholders regarding product or project issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and explore opportunities

Requirements

  • Experience in retail and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Good eye for detail and analytical mindset
