Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Childcare Professional - Level 3 at Willow Nursery and Pre-School.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the children in achieving the five 'Every Child Matters' outcomes of staying safe, being healthy, enjoying and achieving, making a positive contribution, and achieving economic well-being.

Our nursery and pre-school are separated into two buildings, catering for children aged 3 months to 4 years 11 months. We have a large outdoor play area equipped with climbing apparatus, mud kitchen, and digging area, as well as Forest school sessions.

We believe in an holistic approach to early years education, focusing on the child and celebrating their ability and competence. Our team is committed to providing high-quality care and education in a caring environment where children feel valued and secure.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • To support the children in achieving the five 'Every Child Matters' outcomes.
  • To work collaboratively with the team to provide high-quality care and education.
  • To maintain a safe and healthy environment for the children.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Level 2 qualification and a good understanding of safeguarding and the Early Years Foundation Stage.
  • GCSE Grades A*-C/4-9 in English Language and maths, or equivalent.
