**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial planning and analysis support to our Senior Leadership teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide financial planning and analysis support to Senior Leadership teams
  • Interpret monthly management accounts to provide meaningful analysis and commentary against budgets, forecasts, and performance
  • Own specific P&L lines, helping identify cost-saving or margin-enhancing opportunities
  • Provide analysis and insight to support sales performance, producing monthly reporting packs
  • Prepare quarterly forecasts and annual budgets, delivering insight and analysis to key stakeholders
  • FP&A requirements across the P&L covering Sales, Cost of Sales (GPC), Cost to Serve (D&I), SG&A, working capital, and Capex
  • Challenge, identify opportunities, and mitigate risk through financial analysis

**Requirements:**

  • Qualified accountant (ACCA / CIMA) with experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) / Finance Business Partner role
  • Excellent analytical skills & ability to manipulate large data sets
  • Confident communicator with the ability to manage a diverse set of senior stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and influence at a senior level
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Able to prioritize effectively to focus on high-impact activities
  • Strong commercial acumen
