Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled Property Solicitor to join our team in the North East. As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for drafting and negotiating commercial leases and agreements, conducting research and providing high-quality legal advice on a range of issues.

This is a full-time position with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will have 3 years of PQE+ and experience working in a local authority environment. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently as part of a remote team.

  • Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum

The role involves Commercial property and regeneration, including drafting and negotiating commercial leases and agreements. We require candidates with local authority experience (2 assignments) and a minimum of 3 years PQE+. In addition, you should have strong research skills, be able to provide high-quality accurate legal advice, and have excellent communication skills.

A competitive salary will be offered depending on experience.
