About the Role

AECOM is seeking an experienced Principal Archaeologist to join our Heritage team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cultural heritage services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct cultural heritage assessments and develop heritage statements to support development projects.
  • Collaborate with clients and colleagues to provide optimum project delivery.
  • Lead training workshops for team members and contribute to the development of our heritage services.

Requirements

  • A relevant first degree and/or post-graduate qualification in archaeology.
  • Appropriate level of membership of the Chartered Institute for Archaeologists or equivalent.
  • Technical and analytical skills, with excellent communication skills.
