Job Title: Network Business Performance Manager

In a commercial role at Jaguar & Land Rover, you will be part of a team focused on delivering extraordinary customer experiences, sustainability, and forward-thinking. You will work alongside strategically-minded problem-solvers to support the transformation of our iconic house of brands.

This is a unique opportunity to be at the heart of change as we work together with our Retailer Partners to shape the automotive industry. You will be in a pivotal role that will significantly influence the UK NSC (National Sales Company) Network strategy.

As a Network Business Performance Manager, you will work closely with our key retailer partners and investors to develop effective business plans and track ongoing performance. You will also provide support for the financial assessment of all franchise applications and investment proposals, as well as assisting with the management and monitoring of risk within the retailer network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, control, and manage monthly composite submission and associated business performance forecast for the UK National Sales Company
  • Manage the Retailer Financial Composite process by ensuring all new and emerging risks are identified
  • Deliver Composite Reports, ensuring reports are designed for functional management with clear action plans, identified owners, and dates for delivery
  • Support the development of the annual business plan process
  • Manage senior stakeholders' expectations and keep abreast of all emerging issues, keeping stakeholders informed of changes
  • Develop and evaluate the Investor business case

Requirements:

  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Sound knowledge of Retailer Operations is essential
  • Previous experience and knowledge to identify financial risk quickly and provide innovative solutions
  • Ability to evaluate the operating effectiveness of business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommend solutions
  • Logical thinker with a proactive and creative approach to problem-solving, with the ability to self-manage
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
