Beyond your regular responsibilities, there will be ample opportunities to engage in initiatives that will facilitate your swift progression to a managerial role. This could involve participating in our business development efforts or enrolling in our management training programs.
You will collaborate with a diverse array of clients, including local authorities, NHS trusts, and emergency services.
As a trusted business advisor, you will play a vital role in driving the success of your clients' operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing audits and assurance projects from inception to completion
- Cultivating strong relationships with clients to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Mentoring and developing our trainees to become proficient business advisors
You will receive support and mentorship from a friendly senior management team dedicated to helping you achieve your long-term career aspirations.

- Experience managing a variety of Public Sector audit projects
- Strong communication skills with a passion for building client relationships
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- A collaborative mindset, eager to contribute to the overall success of Bishop Fleming
