Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Poker Dealer to join our team at Grosvenor Casinos. As a Poker Dealer, you will be responsible for dealing poker games in a fair and efficient manner, while providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers warmly into the business and provide a professional and friendly service.
  • Live our values of Service, Teamwork, Ambition, Responsibility, and Solutions in all aspects of your work.
  • Work with your colleagues to provide efficient and dynamic service, ensuring that customers have a positive experience.
  • Deliver an excellent quality experience by evaluating individual needs and acting upon this information.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and card room supervisor to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Create an environment of community and fun, making customers feel welcome and valued.
  • Show immaculate technical standards in dealing, chips skills, bet calculation, and enforcing the rules of the game.
  • Interact with customers in a range of ways that is consistent with their experience and ability in the game.
  • Maintain the security of the game, cash, and assets, ensuring that all transactions are accurate and secure.
  • Ensure you proactively comply with all regulation, particularly for licensing conditions, and safer gambling.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working as a poker dealer (preferred but not essential, as full training can be provided).
  • Fanatical about delivering unrivalled customer experience.
  • Ability to collaborate with the wider business.
  • Comfortable with change and ability to embrace new ways of working.
  • Good interpersonal skills and conflict resolution.
  • Must be able to work shifts at any time of the day, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Must be 18+ and have the right to work in the UK.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate, plus tips, and a £1 per hour bonus after midnight. We also offer part-time and full-time hours, making it an ideal opportunity for those looking for a flexible work schedule.
