About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Vintage Inns. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the General Manager to lead a successful site.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
- Train and develop your team to deliver outstanding food, drink, and service, exceeding customer expectations.
- Be a role model and guide development within your team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Ensure our guests receive exceptional care, making every visit memorable and enjoyable.
- Contribute to achieving business targets, driving growth and success.
