About the Role
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity to join Ernest Doe & Sons Limited as an Agricultural Service Operations Manager. Reporting to [Supervisor], you will be responsible for managing the Service office, overseeing agricultural and horticultural machinery repairs, and directing technicians. You will also contribute to customer relations, departmental profitability, and maintaining effective communications with management, customers, and technicians.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Service office, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
- Oversee agricultural and horticultural machinery repairs, including diagnosing issues and implementing solutions.
- Direct and mentor technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns promptly.

Requirements
- Strong knowledge of agricultural or horticultural equipment is advantageous.
- Previous management or supervisor experience is desirable.
