Restaurant Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing a high-performing restaurant team and ensuring excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
• Managing budgets, stock, and resources effectively
• Developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase revenue and customer engagement

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior restaurant management position
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in stressful situations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
