The Role

As a Business Development Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customer queries and focus on building long-term relationships. You will be responsible for ensuring that all customers receive the highest level of customer service, providing a full portfolio of account management services, and proactively developing new business within a UK region.

Responsibilities

  1. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  2. Manage the sales pipeline and follow up on quotations.
  3. Act as the first point of internal contact for all customer queries.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  5. Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.

Requirements

  1. Familiar with working in a sales or customer service office environment.
  2. Confident communication skills including phone & email.
  3. The ability to work as part of a team.
  4. Attention to detail in order to deal with stages of an order process.
  5. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
  6. Previous B2B/telesales experience.

Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 depending on experience.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm or 8:30am to 5pm. Finish 1⁄2 hour early on Fridays.
